 Adoption Homestudy & Training Agency has been created by an experienced adoption
professional.
As a client, you will receive adoption services from:
 Marjorie Clay Bluder,
LCSW, Placement Supervisor, or her handpicked professional, experienced
adoption workers.
You will have one adoption worker for the entire adoption
process and you will work directly with Marj and her staff of trained
adoption workers.

Marjorie Clay Bluder, MSW, ACSW, LCSW
Placement Supervisor
Marj has worked in the adoption field for 12 of the last 26 years. She has
provided professional, caring adoptive services to many prospective
adoptive couples seeking both U.S. and International adoption. She has also
counseled birth parents through the difficult decision concerning placing a
child for adoption. She knows efficient ways to help U.S. families through
the interstate adoption process. She uses her teacher training
experience to provide effective and interesting adoption preparation
classes.
Marj earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1978, is a member of
the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW), and is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado. She has worked as a contract
worker for several Denver adoption agencies, and has been the Placement
Supervisor for two of them and the Executive Director for one of them. Marj
is also a trained Police Social Worker, and created the victim assistance
program for Englewood, Colorado. She counseled rape victims, domestic
violence victims, parents and friends of victims of tragedies, and gave
support to anyone who contacted the police department for social
assistance. Other areas of experience include supervising foster care
homes, teaching junior high school, and providing day care.

Adoption Homestudy & Training Agency has helped families
successfully adopt from many different nations. We have also enjoyed
helping Colorado families adopt U.S. babies, and have experience
successfully counseling birth parents.
We believe that a family who is adequately prepared for the challenges
of adoption will face those challenges successfully. At Adoption
Homestudy & Training Agency, preparation for adoption is taken very
seriously. We are experienced in providing interesting and worthwhile group
education and personal counseling for adoptive families.
Adoption Homestudy & Training Agency was started because we
wanted the freedom to use all of our extensive experience to directly
benefit adopting families—and to have the opportunity to provide flexible,
attentive, individualized, caring adoptive service.
